Remember the feeling the day before your last dinner invite to a dear friends home. When someone asked "What's for dinner?" and your response is "I don't know but I know it will be great." You had a knowing it would be crafted with love and filled with whole body nourishment. That is the feeling I seek to bring to each weeks meals.
