GARLIC CHILI NOODLES
INGREDIENTS
4 oz thick rice noodles
Sprinkling Magic Dust Mushroom Salt
3 tbsp Misty Mt Hot Chili Oil
1 tbsp soy sauce (we love Bragg's)
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
cilantro, green onion, and/or toasted sesame seeds for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain, toss noodles with Magic Dust Mushroom Salt, and place in a bowl.
To serve the noodles cold, rinse under cold water for a few seconds then drain.
In bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic & ginger, vinegar, sesame oil and Misty Mt Hot Chili oil.
Toss noodles in sauce
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro

1 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 cup BEE'S KNEES mushroom honey
1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 eggs
1⁄4 cup coconut milk
CHOCOLATE MUSHROOM GLAZE:
3⁄4 cup coconut butter
3 tsp Sacred Wild Mushroom Powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp cacao powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 ̊. In a large bowl, mix all donut ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Gently spoon batter into donut pan. Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until cooked all the way through (toothpick trick to test readiness). Let cool for 10 minutes.

1# fresh mushrooms (we love oysters or lions mane left whole for this. though you can use sliced crimini or button mushrooms too)
1 clove garlic
1/4c leeks sliced
1tsp Ramblers Shawarma blend
1/2 c parsley chopped
4tbs olive oil
1c Labneh
Heat a cast iron pan on medium high heat, add 1tbs olive oil to pan and let it warm up.
Toss mushrooms in Ramblers blend and add to pan. sear on each side. Press firmly on mushrooms after you flip them.
Move them to side of pan to keep cooking.
Add 1tbs olive oil along with leeks and garlic to pan. Once softened add chopped parsley to pan and toss together.
On a plate, add the labneh and then the cooked mushrooms over the top, drizzle with the remaining olive oil or Siren's Song Green Chili Crunch!
